Shipping Information

Orders for Shipping 
You will automatically be sent a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. We ship orders on a daily basis Mondays-Fridays. Aside from Holidays and during sales, orders are typically shipped within 36 hours or within 2-3 business days. 

If ordering Mousto Balsamic Vinegar to the US, duties will need to be paid upon customs inspection or upon delivery. This cannot be prepaid. 

DUE TO AN ONGOING CANADA POST STRIKE, THERE MIGHT BE DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. PLEASE REACH OUT TO contact@acropolisorganics.ca. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Damaged Items
If an item is damaged due to shipping, is incorrect or missing, you must report this at the time of receipt to Acropolis Organics. Please keep the packaging and item in case they are required for processing a claim. Photos may be required as well to process damaged shipments. Acropolis Organics will not be held responsible for any items that have not been reported within 7 days of receipt of your order from Canada Post.
