Our Koroneiki extra virgin olive oils from Crete, Greece undergo independent laboratory analysis to provide measurable information about their composition, quality and origin.
Below are results from independent analyses of our Certified Organic EVOO and Bioharvest EVOO.
2025 Polyphenol Analysis
Both Acropolis Organics olive oils were analyzed by the World Olive Center for Health in Athens. The certificates identify the oils as Koroneiki EVOO from Vouves, Kolymvari, Chania, Greece, harvested in October 2024 and analyzed on March 9, 2025.
