Our organic Kalamata olives are hand-picked and cured with sea salt in the traditional way before being packaged in our Oregano infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. These Jumbo Kalamata olives are lightly engraved in the centre, to allow the Oregano and olive oil to absorb into the olive for a rich bold taste. We do not use caustic sodas, dyes, preservatives or any chemical additives. Try warming them up in a dish and dipping bread into the aromatic oil, and you’ll be transported right to the island of Crete! Also known as ‘paradise’.
