Pitted Kalamata Olives
The Acropolis Organics organic olives are handpicked from a family orchard in Argolida, Peloponnese, Greece, the region best known for producing olives in the whole world. The olives are then sorted to ensure quality and then further sorted by size. Next, they are cured in barrels of brine made with local fresh spring water and local Cretan sea salt. Finally, the olives are pitted before being placed into glass jars.
Our olives are cured using traditional age-old methods, without the use of caustic soda, unlike many other olive brands on the market. Not only are they healthier but also fresher and better tasting.
Kalamata Olive Tapenade
Made from authentic Organic Greek Kalamata Olives and Acropolis Organics Signature Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The ingredients are grown without the use of any pesticides, colouring or additives. This rich, savoury and aromatic tapenade can be used as dip for any occasion, and it is excellent for pizza, focaccia, sandwiches and pasta.
Acropolis Organics does not use caustic soda, sodium hydroxide, sorbic acid in their olive preserving process.
